MISSION STATEMENT
The Victory Center for Arts and Communications provides a dynamic environment where individuals with developmental disabilities explore their creativity and master skills by meeting new challenges through art, community integration, expressive arts and functional academics. Many program participants are working artists and create gallery-ready portfolios for inclusion in Bay Area exhibitions and juried shows throughout California. An array of matted and framed artwork is on view and available for purchase at Artist Within Gallery located at 603 San Anselmo Avenue in San Anselmo, California.
